1. Return Policy

1.1 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and religious reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used Chandan Tilak products
  • Damaged packaging caused after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Customized or special-order items

Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned.


1.2 Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The product is defective
  • The item delivered is missing from your order

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (clear photos and order details).


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@yourdomainname.com
  2. Mention your Order ID
  3. Attach photos of the product and packaging
  4. Clearly describe the issue

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, we will guide you regarding pickup or replacement.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Approval

Refunds are processed only after verification of the issue and approval by our team.

3.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet (if applicable)

Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
